Prior to booking, please keep these things in mind.
** Book your appointments in EST! **
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are a no-call/no-show, your appointment will be canceled AND your card on file will be charged the amount of the full service. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours BEFORE your appointment time, you could reschedule for a more convenient date.
**Please be sure to add all services requested to ensure adequate time for all clients. **
** When booking a HAIR INCLUDED style, please reach out to us after booking to let us know what color hair you would like. **
(Shampoo and Condition is a separate service and must be scheduled at the time of booking as well.) If you do not wish to include this as an additional service, hair must be shampooed and de-tangled at time of appointment.
For children’s styles, please make sure to bring any extra accessories required (beads, hair charms, etc.)
MICROLOC CLIENTS: Please fill out Qualifying forms to make sure that you meet the criteria, so that we may assist you promptly.
